"Ordered a medium, it was too tight of a fit. They said no problem and sent a better size. The sweater fits great and is great for layering. Super warm on its own but is not water resistant, but can easily throw a jacket over top. Helped me take some birds this season and has seen some tough weather days, still holds up great! Love the camo pattern too."

I’ve been using it for ice fishing now that hunting is over and with just a base layer and a quarter zip under this I’ve been toasty down to 15 degrees. It’s not heavy at all but whatever space age tech this things made out of, I need more of! Five big stars."

It insulates well and I've tested it down to -20F ambient here in Alaska with just a 150 weight merino long sleeve base layer underneath. I move around at a walking pace doing dog yard chores in it most nights so factor that in if you plan to wear it sitting still in a blind. It does breathe but it's not for high output activity. If it starts to get moisture build up internally, the side zips and deep chest do dump excess heat quickly. The large hood is big enough to create a warm air pocket around the face when it's up. I duck hunted in it this fall and it does block light wind. The garment also sheds light moisture. It remains soft and makes no noise in the deep cold. For the price point, this is an excellent buy in my opinion."
