"The Venture Flex Pants are a great option for early season hunters. I was out this last weekend in 90+ degree temps and they were very comfortable and kept me cool without opening the side vents. I'll be getting more in the solid colors for casual wear. The only improvement I could think of would be to add a tie at the bottom of the pant legs since the inseam is very long."

Hunting apparel is a tough market. . . . it's expensive, and it's filled with brand loyalties similar to Snap On tools. These pants are affordable, and they fit true to size. I deliberately scrubbed my legs together as walked for a noise check. . . . VERY QUIET. Get these, or any of the other choices from SKRE. Don't pay for the Alaskan Spruce Tree brand."
"Pants are well made ,seams are strong the fabric stretchy and the zipers robust. I liked the waist band grip system and can imagine it being very helpful when temperatures drop. I was a bit disappointed that the sizing for leg length doesn't offer at least a short medium or long option. I'll need to find a tailor to fit the pants to my 5'8" dimensions. I do have a pair of "dead bird" pants that have an ankle system that allows leg length adjustment ."
