"A bit stiff, one big improvement would be to increase the size of the zipper handle and teeth. Mine has lots of extra material that binds the zipper. Did a Colorado elk hunt and if in cold weather be nice to be able to grab the zipper with gloves."
Happy With For Alaska Moose Hunt But Runs Really Small.
"Took on my annual Alaska moose hunting trip. The coat is tough enough for pushing through heavy brush. I did a lot of walking through burn areas. The fabric got hooked on stuff several times but did not puncture or tear. Light enough to pack. Quiet for rain rear. Wore it for almost 5 days strait. I dove a side by side every day and water did not push through the fabric in the seat like I have seen from other brands. I would give it 5 stars but the size is ridiculously small. I wear medium coats and am 5'8". Hunting rain gear is meant to go over clothing. I bought a large in this coat and still barely had room for an insulating layer. All other brands of rain gear I have owned have adequate room not to be so compressing. I would have went up to XL but arms and length would be ridiculous. The sizing really needs to be fixed for US hunters."

Its ok, I guess
"I have yet to wear the jacket in the rain so do not know how it will preform. I am disappointed in the sizing, I read the comments and they all indicated that the jacket runs small. That said I got a double xl, I figured since I had gotten a puffy in xl that XXL would be fine but it is still kinda snug. Who ever is doing the sizing really needs to re-evaluate the model being used."

- Is the face of the jacket peached or anything? Is it noisy or built to be quiet?
- The Nebo does not have a heavily peached or brushed face. It's designed primarily as a lightweight, packable, 100% waterproof outer layer, so there is going to be some noise from the waterproof membrane when moving. It's quieter than some traditional rain shells, but I wouldn't consider it a silent piece like our fleece or soft-shell options. If you're looking for something specifically for close-range hunting where noise is a major concern, the Hardscrabble would be a much quieter option. If waterproof protection and packability are the priority, that's where the Nebo really shines.
