"Great mid layer product. I don’t love the open top pocket, but the zipper one is great. Just tested in northern BC on 14 day floating steelhead trip and it performed great. This has essentially replaced my puffy. It’s warmer and far more durable."

Had to size up to an XXL even though I normally wear a L - XL. The XL fit but was a slim fit and I like things a bit looser because I have broad shoulders."

Was up in the mountains chasing elk in cold wet and windy days glassing for hours in one spot and and running the river on jet boats early mornings and night with this jacket. Coupled with the nebo rain jacket it was the best combo for the situation. Probably the most comfy piece of winter hunting gear I own. Ill be buying again. "To warm yet to put to the test. Like some of the reviews looks to warm to hike in but would imagine great for glassing or tree stand hunting. The only 3 worries Side zips getting weak and riding up . Hoodie is so big you can wear a helmet and it still not touch. Sleeves just a tad tight with single layer under . Dang sure size up glad I did. 5’10 180 xl . Going to see how it goes with this one. May or may not use it to stoke a fire fingers crossed."
"Even though it’s not a full zip like most jackets I’ve had that are this warm, I think I like the half zip better! You’re able to zip it down to vent if needed but your core always stays nice and toasty warm. For as lightweight as this thing is it’s unbelievably warm. Highly recommend, 5 big stars."

So warm yet breathes easily with the side vents, and EXTREMELY quiet which is paramount for close quarters elk hunting that I prefer. I believe Skre might have a new fanatic."
"First off I love the jacket, the material is high quality and super quiet. I have broad shoulders so I had to get a 3XL to fit my upper body but the midsection was very “boxy” and loose. I like a more tailored feel. I had a local tailor bring the sides in and it fits great. I will be adding the hardscrabble jacket, pants, and vest to my collection."
"Bought my first Sawtooth last year in Solac camo. I do not like to normally wear my hunting gear for every day, but this jacket was so warm I wore it during the coldest part of the winter. When I saw it was available in solid colors I had to buy one for every day use for the upcoming winter. Really like this jacket."
